All of the components of the 'powerhouse' can be integrated into the experience of being a mother. In doing so, we will address the mind, body, and spirit.
This unique Mama + Me program will incorporate breath-work, yoga, psycho-education, and expressive journaling.
Through stretching in new ways and learning new things, we can better adjust to big transitions.
Creating is a catharsis, and through relationships we heal.

I am a perpetual student, and a holistic healing professional. My holistic psychology background and training as a certified professional life coach ignited my passion for mindfulness movement-based practices, particularly yoga. With the flooding of digital technology, I love sharing yoga with mothers & their children because it helps them return to their mind-body connection through an evidence-supported and ancient tradition. I am a 200-hour registered yoga teacher, and am also certified by Pretzel Kids to teach yoga to school-aged children, and by Little Heroes Yoga to teach infancy through preschool-aged children. By guiding yoga from a place of deepening one's own understanding of their inner life, I incorporate restorative immersion into yoga, by encouraging expansion through physical postures and movement igniting deepened awareness and embodiment. I enjoy adapting ancient wisdom practices into modern modalities to cultivate the parent-child relationship! I look forward to hearing your story, and hope to support you along your journey!
